Data processed by RostaBot
When used in Discord, RostaBot processes and stores limited operational data needed for its features. This includes Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, user IDs, tracked-role mappings, role contact assignments, role request metadata, and role-change logs.
How data is used
Stored data is used only to provide bot functionality: keeping Role Tracker boards accurate, processing role requests and approvals, maintaining moderation/audit history, and troubleshooting support issues.
Third-party services
RostaBot depends on Discord services and may reference third-party platforms such as Top.gg and embedded content providers (for example, YouTube). Their data handling is governed by their own privacy policies.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed when required by law, to enforce terms, or to protect service integrity and security.
Data retention
Operational records are retained as needed for service operation, auditability, and support. Data retention practices may evolve with product updates and legal requirements.
Your choices
Server owners and administrators can stop data collection by removing RostaBot from a server. Website visitors can use browser controls to limit analytics tracking.
